Jamieson & Carry offers FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders, regardless of size.

Delivery Schedule and Shipping Options

We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.

All orders come gift wrapped but are packaged inside and sent out in Plain packing with no mention of Jamieson & Carry on the outside.

Royal Mail (UK)

We offer FREE POSTAGE on absolutely all UK orders, regardless of size. These are shipped via Royal Mail with a shipping time of 3-5 working days.

International Shipping

As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.

We use Fed Ex or Royal Mail for international deliveries. International shipping can take up to 10 days and will incur additional fees highlighted at the checkout.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item, or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.*

*Please be aware of the following conditions should you wish to return a TAG Heuer Connected watch.  If the watch is paired to a mobile phone and you wish to return it, then a factory reset must be selected on the watch to ensure all of the information from your mobile is erased. If this has not been completed we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.

If the watch is paired to a mobile but has also been registered on the Connected watch website, then the watch cannot be returned as it is not possible to de-register this and the watch will be forever linked to this account therefore the 14 day return and 28 day exchange policy is no longer valid on your purchase making the Connected watch non-returnable.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

The prices quoted include UK tax at a rate of 20% for orders made from the UK or the European Union.
